Dr. Little grew up in Columbia, South Carolina, where he attended high school. He graduated from The Citadel in 1982 followed by Post Baccalaureate work at the University of South Carolina. After service in the US Army, Dr. Little attended and graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1995. Dr. Little ran a successful practice in Hartsville for 23 years. He has since opened a practice in Pawleys Island where he now lives with his wife, Andrea, and their two daughters.
